Thank you for inviting us into your home. Blue Pearl is named after my late father, whose nickname was Blue Pearl. He believed in doing things right and caring about the details. Every home we clean gets that same detailed, reliable care, in his honor.

Ways to pay

• Cash price: cash, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo. Pay the required deposit by card during checkout; the remaining cash balance is due on cleaning day.
• Card: use the secure online checkout to pay your deposit or pay in full. Full card payment includes the 3% credit surcharge. Apple Pay appears on eligible devices.
• Pay over time: Afterpay, Klarna or Affirm. Cash price + $50, built in. No deposit needed.

Cash/card bookings require a 25% deposit before they can be booked. Pay the deposit during online checkout; it goes toward your full amount, never on top. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due on cleaning day. Pay-over-time customers do not pay a Blue Pearl deposit; complete provider checkout instead. Appointment availability still requires owner confirmation.

We add a 3% surcharge to credit card payments. This is not greater than our cost of accepting credit cards. We do not surcharge debit or prepaid cards.

Organizing & Junk Hauling

Need a closet, pantry or garage made calm? Our organizers sort, wipe, group and label at $75 an hour (3-hour minimum). Clearing out? Junk hauling runs from $85 for one bulky item to $575 for a full truck.
