Blue Pearl Cleaning Services provides residential cleaning, organizing and junk hauling across metro Atlanta. Online prices are estimates; the final price is confirmed by our owner based on your home and selections.
Bookings and payment
Cash/card bookings require a 25% deposit before they can be booked. Pay the deposit during online checkout; it goes toward your full amount, never on top. Deposits are non-refundable, and the remaining balance is due on cleaning day. Pay-over-time customers do not pay a Blue Pearl deposit; complete provider checkout instead. Appointment availability still requires owner confirmation. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. Credit card payments include a 3% surcharge. Pay-over-time plans are subject to the provider's approval and terms.
Rescheduling
Reschedule requests can be made from your customer portal and are confirmed by our owner based on availability. Please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Access and safety
Please provide safe access to your home at the scheduled time. We do not haul paint, chemicals, propane tanks, tires or hazardous waste.
