When you book or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, service address, appointment details and notes you choose to share. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your information to schedule and deliver services, send booking updates, process payments and respond to your questions.
Text messaging (SMS)
Texting is optional and consent is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in on our booking form, we send texts about your bookings, appointment reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel or HELP for help, or call 540-816-2873.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run our business, such as payment processing and message delivery, and only as needed to provide our services, or when required by law. This excludes text messaging opt-in data and consent, which are never shared.
